How will we find new students? How will new students find us? How are we praying for NSO? 
 
These are just some of the questions that we will discuss on our first Healthcare Peer-Coaching call for student leaders, focused on New Student Outreach (NSO). 
 
We are inviting students to bring their questions, stories of what has worked well, and stories of what did not work so well. It may help them to think back to when they were a first-year student and initially got connected to your chapter. Who welcomed you? How did you get connected into the rhythms of the chapter community? 
 
This will be a community conversation and time to learn from one another. We hope it also helps them realize that they are part of something larger - Christian healthcare students across the country who are seeking to follow Jesus in their profession!
